Why is the Client Care Portal protected, and why do I need to create an account?

The Client Care Portal is the secure, centralized hub for everything related to your projects and services with Evolving Media & Design.

We keep it behind authenticated access for two important reasons:

  1. Privacy and security — Your project files, estimates, invoices, support tickets, and hosting details are confidential. Requiring an account ensures only you (and our studio) can see them.
  2. Streamlined service — An account lets you request estimates, track project progress in real time, submit feedback, manage billing, upgrade services, and open support tickets (with a 12-hour response target on business days)—all in one place.

Creating an account is free and takes about a minute. Once you’re in, everything stays organized and protected.

Click “Submit Ticket” and provide details about your request. We aim to respond within 12 hours on business days.

Your domain/website name, a clear description of the issue, and any screenshots or error messages.

Go to the Project Management section to view real-time status, milestones, and updates.

Log in to your hosting account at: https://yourdomain.com/cpanel
(Use the login details sent in your welcome email.)

Go to: https://yourdomain.com/webmail Use your full email address and the password you set.

Yes. Create your own backups via cPanel. We also maintain server backups for up to 14 days. Submit a ticket if you need restoration help.

All plans include disk space, bandwidth, free basic SSL, email, site backups, and cPanel access. Higher plans offer more resources and performance.

A domain is your website’s address. Hosting is the server space where your site lives. Your domain must connect to hosting for the site to go live.

Manage your details, invoices, and payments in the Account section.

Go to “My Account” or the Billing section in the Advanced Portal.

Use the “Lost Password” link on the login page or in the footer.
